The move supports the company’s continued expansion. Originally founded as Laser Quantum Ltd. in 2002, the organization was acquired by U.S.-based Novanta Corporation in 2017, granting Novanta a presence in the DNA sequencing market and a greater foothold in European markets. The new location quadruples its capacity compared to the previous facility, with two thirds of its space devoted to a clean room environment.
