Craford Awarded IEEE Edison Medal
SAN JOSE, Calif., May 24, 2017 — George Craford, solid state lighting fellow at Lumileds, was selected to receive the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers’ (IEEE) Edison Medal for his lifetime of contributions to the development and commercialization of visible LED materials and devices.
