Optimax Completes Coating Facility Expansion

ONTARIO, N.Y., Aug. 26, 2013 — The third and final phase of a $10 million, 4000-sq-ft expansion of Optimax System Inc.'s optical coating facility is now complete, providing space for more than 50 additional employees. The expansion houses eight optical coating chambers and three environmental chambers for cleaning, coating and testing optics. Coatings can be manufactured for wavelengths from 193 to 6000 nm with diameters up to 500 mm.
