Oplink Acquires Accumux Technologies

SAN JOSE, Calif., March 12 -- Oplink Communications Inc., a photonic Foundry and provider of optical networking components, has acquired Accumux Technologies Inc., a Camarillo, Calif., developer of optical components and subsystems for dense wavelength division multiplexing systems. Terms were not disclosed. Oplink is based in San Jose with offshore facilities in Zhuhai, China.
