The RXT-4113+ combination dense wavelength division multiplexing (DWDM) and legacy optical time domain reflectometer (OTDR) from VeEX Inc. is designed for contractors and technicians who require fiber cable certification in various network test environments.
The system includes 1310 and 1550 nm for grey fiber testing and 1625 nm for in-service point-to-point and basic passive optical network fiber testing. Key OTDR features include application-specific LinkMap, 3-cm resolution, high dynamic range DWDM at 41 dB and 1310 nm at 40 dB, a short attenuation dead zone of < 4 m, and numerous test options.
