Kemler succeeds Detlev Rössel who has been with the company for 35 years. WINTERTHUR, Germany — Dynamic measurement technology company Kistler has transitioned Marc Schaad from his current role as CTO to the company’s CEO, effective Jan. 1, 2025. He will be taking over for Rolf Sonderegger, the majority owner and CEO of the company for 22 years. Schaad has been responsible for R&D and heading a business unit during his tenure at the company. Sonderegger will take over as chairman of the board of directors in spring of 2027, following a two-year sabbatical, succeeding Valentin Vogt.
