NORTHBROOK, Ill., Sept. 28, 2022 — IDEX Corp. appointed Katrina Helmkamp nonexecutive chair of its board of directors, effective Oct. 1. Helmkamp has served as an independent director and member of the IDEX board since 2015 and as a member of multiple board committees, including chair of the nominating and corporate governance committee.
