The SenS 1920 from New Imaging Technologies is a full HD resolution SWIR camera for semiconductor, wafer, and solar panel inspection and intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance applications. With a resolution of 1920 × 1080 pixels, the camera captures short-wave infrared imaging from 900 to 1700 nm and uses a low noise focal plane array. The SenS 1920 features pixel pitch of 8 µm, read-out noise of 25 e-, dynamic range of 64 dB, a frame rate of >40 Hz full frame and more with subwindowing, and a USB 3.0 interface.
