(Image: Edmund Optics) The new building provides three times more manufacturing space than its previous facility and will support the installation of advanced HVAC systems. It will increase the firm’s high volume production abilities, enhance quality inspection and reduce customer lead times. In addition, the company has more than doubled its coating space and invested in new coating equipment with load-locking capabilities, enabling continuous production and increasing the plant’s capacity by more than 20 percent, it said.
