The NEXIV VMF-K series from Nikon Corporation is a video measuring system that can automatically measure the dimensions of electronic components, including semiconductor devices. The series uses a confocal optical system that can take micron-level measurements of both two-dimensional and three-dimensional objects. The NEXIV VMF-K series also features an LED confocal light source, SEMI S2/S8 compliancy, and 30× and 45× magnification.
