Electro-optic component maker DigiLens Inc., of Woodland Hills, Calif., is preparing to sell its fabrication equipment and facility for a target price of $3.5 million. The company said if it doesn't find a buyer for the package by March 13, it will sell the surplus equipment piece-by-piece.. . .
