CVI Laser LLC of Albuquerque, N.M., has purchased Optical Components Inc., enabling it to better meet market demand for rapid prototyping, high-volume production, and infrared imaging optics and assemblies. The optics are sought particularly for applications in the developing areas of remote sensing and thermal imaging.
