StockerYale Talks Takeover
SALEM, N.H., June 16, 2008 -- Despite Virtek Vision International Inc.’s rejection of its $22 million buyout offer, StockerYale said today it still hopes to reach an agreement with the company but will also seek to acquire it via a takeover, if necessary.
