Life Technologies Acquires Advanced Microscopy Group
CARLSBAD, Calif., Nov. 8, 2012 — Life Technologies Corp. has purchased Advanced Microscopy Group (AMG), a developer of imaging systems for research microscopy, to expand Life Technologies’ cell imaging instrumentation product line. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
