Boston Scientific, Surgi-Vision to Develop Cardiac Devices
Apr 15, 2008 — Boston Scientific Corp. and Surgi-Vision Inc. of Baltimore, Md., announced a deal to license and develop magnetic resonance imaging (MRI)-safe technology for implantable cardiac devices. The companies will jointly develop a commercial application of Surgi-Vision's technology. They made a separate licensing and development agreement, in the area of neuromodulation, in December 2005.
