Ultratech Receives Annealing System Order, Reviews Board Membership
SAN JOSE, Calif., Dec. 11, 2015 — Ultratech Inc. has received a multiple-system, follow-on order for its LSA101 laser spike annealing systems from an Asian foundry customer. Shipping is expected to begin in the first quarter of 2016. The customer plans to use the LSA101 systems for production at a facility in Asia, according to Ultratech.
