Imatest, Ismedia Partner for Manufacturing Test Machines
BOULDER, Colo., Dec. 4, 2015 — Software developer Imatest LLC has partnered with Ismedia, a South Korean digital imaging test machine manufacturer, to provide a range of customizable test machines capable of image quality analysis on manufacturing lines.
The product line will include compact camera modules and device-level test machines that deliver semiautomatic and fully automatic functionality. Focus, blemish, electrical and optical image stabilization tests are also available.
"With the addition of Imatest's comprehensive software modules, existing Imatest customers can now directly tie their manufacturing results to their R&D specifications," said Seongchelo Hong, CEO of Ismedia.
Fully automated machines will enable module assembly with UV-curable adhesive, pass/fail module sorting for quality control while interfacing with machine part delivery systems for complete automation.
