Olympus Spins Out Scientific Solutions Business
TOKYO, April 8, 2022 — Olympus Corp. completed the separation of its Scientific Solutions business to wholly owned subsidiary Evident Corp. The company said the move further signifies its long-term strategy to cement its position within the medical technology industry following the divestiture of its imaging business.
