The G16561 to G16564-0909T from Hamamatsu Photonics are indium gallioum arsenide (InGaAs) area image sensors that offer high dynamic range, ultralow dark current, and a frame rate of up to 116 fps. The integrated 3-stage thermoelectric cooling system reduces noise for accurate low-light and infrared detection, while multiline readout enables fast, flexible performance for agriphotonics, plastic sorting, and food safety spectroscopy. The sensors provide high-quality images in changing or low light conditions, enabled by a high dynamic range of 3500, a spectral response of 0.95 μm to 1.69 μm, and a 640 × 512 pixel near-infrared sensor.
