CeNing Optics has been producing high-quality optical lenses since 2004. With a variety of manufacturing facilities, and an experienced and skillful team, we can produce lenses from 3.0 mm to 300 mm diameter range. The lenses can be with common and special curvatures like plano-convex, plano-concave, Bi-concave, Bi-convex, and meniscus. CeNing produces lenses in both standard and customized design. The best surface quality is 10-5 scracth/dig, the best irregularity is 0.2 fringes (Lambda/10), the best centration is 15 arcsec.
We can process materials from different brands such as CDGM Glass, Schott Glass, and Ohara Corporation. We produce not only singlet lenses, but also produce doublet/triplet lenses (achromatic lenses) and cylindrical lenses, and Powell lenses. We have many necessary inspection devices to assure quality like interferometer, focal length measurement, centration measurement, and radius measurement.
