The Vortex II from ASMPT is a die bonder for the production of mini-LED displays for the automotive industry. The die bonder can process mini-LEDs with a minimum size of 50 µm × 100 µm for direct view RGB LED displays with ultra-fine pitch. The Vortex II also features a bond head with automatic delay-free XYθ correction that can achieve ±10 µm @ 3σ with a die rotation of ±1° @ 3σ.
