CHARLIE from greateyes is a back-illuminated sCMOS camera designed for imaging and spectroscopy in the EUV and x-ray spectrum. CHARLIE demonstrates quantum efficiency up to 99%, up to 16.8 megapixel resolution, cooling down to -50 °C, and high frame rates up to 48 fps. The camera is designed for use in applications including x-ray spectroscopy, EUV lithography, high harmonic generation, high repetition rate free electron laser imaging, ptychography, and coherent diffraction imaging.
