The Zivid 3 XL250 from Zivid is a 3D camera for warehousing and large bin-picking in manufacturing. The camera gives point cloud coverage of almost any item in less than 500 ms, making it ideal for mixed-SKU picking from pallets as tall as 2.5 m. It has a working distance of 1.5 to 4.5 m with a field of view of 2.5 m2. The camera features an 8-MP sensor, eye-safe blue laser illumination for strong ambient light suppression, and interreflection artifact removal. Factory-calibrated for stability in varying temperatures, the XL250 ensures accurate 3D imaging of challenging materials, including transparent, black, and shiny objects.
