QUEBEC CITY, March 25 -- TeraXion, a developer of high-speed optical network components, announced it has secured an additional $10 million in an ongoing second round of financing. SGF Tech inc. lead the funding round, along with existing shareholders such as Business Development Bank of Canada and Innovatech Quebec and new investor Entrepia Inc. TeraXion said the funds will help it launch its next-generation products and sustain global sales and marketing TeraXion is demonstrating its latest products at the Optical Fiber Communication 2003 conference in Atlanta, Ga.
