He holds a master’s degree in engineering physics from the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm and brings more than 20 years of sales and management expertise in the electronics and manufacturing industry as well as technical knowledge of industrial image processing and measurement technologies. Wikfeldt has succeeded Mikael Winters, who recently left the company at his own request to focus on more research-related activities, the company reported. The company is a subsidiary of Laser Components USA, which has production facilities in Germany, Canada, and the United States. The company has more than 220 employees worldwide.
