Stereo Inspections: Smaller Parts, 3D Scans

With new technologies being used in production lines, new requirements for inspection systems are arising. One example of an upcoming 3D application in the semiconductor industry is the inspection of small connectors, such as solder balls or pins used to connect wafers and dies.
