Photonics technology developer Gooch & Housego PLC has appointed Yahvé Rosales as its chief commercial officer. Rosales will report to CEO Mark Webster and be part of the G&H executive committee. He will be responsible for all commercial activities across the group. He previously held senior positions at Airbus Group and Zodiac Aerospace. “I am very pleased to welcome Yahvé, who brings a substantial background in international commercial leadership, which should serve G&H well as we look to continue to rapidly grow our business across the globe in our targeted sectors of industrial systems, optical communications, application and development and life sciences,” Webster said. Rosales graduated with a degree in aeronautical engineering from the IP in Mexico and obtained an aerospace MBA degree from the Toulouse Business School in France. He is a recipient of the FASIA Award from the French Aerospace Industries Association. Gooch & Housego researches, designs, engineers and manufactures advanced photonic systems, components and instrumentation for applications in the aerospace, defense, industrial systems, optical communications, life sciences and scientific research sectors.
