The Aplo Scope from ONI is a single molecule super-resolution microscope for observing and measuring molecular interactions within cells and tissues. The microscope transitions from low-power live-cell imaging to high-power super-resolution imaging at a resolution of 20 nm, eliminating the need for hardware reconfiguration and streamlining the imaging process. The Aplo Scope features a custom-engineered laser module that provides control across a power range from 0.01 kW/cm² to 4.0 kW/cm², a compact form factor, and a plug-and-play design.
