Raytheon’s Russell, Horkovich Honored by AIAA

WASHINGTON, May 17, 2012 — Mark E. Russell and James A. Horkovich of Raytheon Co. were honored as the 2012 American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics (AIAA) Fellows on May 9 during the Aerospace Spotlight Awards Gala at the Ronald Reagan Building and International Trade Center, Raytheon said. Russell is the company’s vice president of engineering, technology and mission assurance. He has published many peer-reviewed papers and holds patents in the areas of microwave and millimeter-wave components, high-range resolution radar applications and missile seekers.
