Raytheon Wins French Order for Laser-Guided Bomb Kits

LEXINGTON, Mass., Nov. 19 -- Raytheon Co. has received a letter of order valued at approximately $100 million from France's Ministry of Defense for an undisclosed number of Paveway II and Paveway III kits, as well as equipment, spares, and training support. The company's Paveway II kits will be employed in adapting MK-82 500-lb. and MK-83 1000-lb. warheads to full-up Paveway II laser-guided bombs.
