Planning Force Inc. of Spokane, Wash., has acquired Quintessence Photonics Corp. (QPC) of Sylmar, Calif., in a reverse merger and will now be called QPC Lasers Inc. The company replaced its officers and directors with those of QPC, and its operations now consist solely of those of the acquired company, which develops and produces high-power semiconductor lasers and associated optical components.
