Perten Acquires Delta to Bolster Dairy IR Analysis Tech

STOCKHOLM, March 3, 2016 — Perten Instruments Group, a PerkinElmer company, has acquired Delta Instruments. Financial terms of the sale were not disclosed. Delta’s rapid routine analytical instrumentation for the analysis of milk and milk derivatives include IR analyzers and somatic cell counters, which are used by dairy companies worldwide. Perten provides versatile instruments for compositional and functional analysis.
