Spielman has held a number of leadership positions including chief scientist, project manager, and manager at Sandia National Laboratories. He was awarded the 2023 Erwin Marx award for contributions to pulsed-power technology. Collins remains a group employee, as director of the U.S. entities to be sold, as well as a member of the board of directors. The position of chairman was delegated to board member Michel Faure. The group’s CEO position was delegated to Philippe Bringuier, which he will combine with his position as CFO.
