LumaSense Buys Reliability Point’s Thermal Imaging Assets

SANTA CLARA, Calif., Nov. 4, 2011 — To enhance its sales, support and aftermarket services for its line of thermal imaging devices, LumaSense Technologies has acquired the thermal imaging and services assets of Louisiana-based Reliability Point. The two companies have worked together for the past five years on a number of industrial thermal imaging projects. Reliability Point customers include steel, oil and gas, petrochemical and other process manufacturers located in Texas, Louisiana, Arkansas and the Carolinas.
