LightPath Technologies Inc. of Orlando, Fla., and CDGM Glass Co. Ltd. of Chengdu, China, will create a joint venture named LightPath CDGM Chengdu Optical Co. Ltd., also to be based in Chengdu. The companies each will own 50 percent of the venture, which will develop and manufacture aspheric lenses with a diameter of less than 20 mm for use in cell phones and digital cameras.
