Imra and Fianium Resolve IP Conflict

Settlement of a potential intellectual property conflict has been reached between Imra America Inc. of Ann Arbor, Mich., and Fianium, which is based in Southampton, UK, and in other countries. Fianium has withdrawn its 800-nm seeder from the market. Formerly sold as the FP800, the product will no longer be advertised in Fianium's literature or on its Web site. Imra will continue to market its seeder and oscillator products, and the company will expand its role as a seeder supplier with its Femtolite Ultra laser line.Read full article
