PITTSBURGH, Oct. 13 -- II-VI Inc. has officially completed its acquisition of Laser Power Corp. At a special meeting held Wednesday, the Laser Power stockholders approved the merger of II-VI Acquisition Corp. with and into Laser Power. II-VI completed the merger immediately after the meeting, which was the last step in the acquisition process. Laser Power will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of II-VI.
