Vision Components’ compact OEM module for laser triangulation sensors can be used to match components in the development of individual sensors. The module combines a triangulation sensor with a new arrangement of the mirror elements for the camera and laser, enabling a small format of about 69 mm × 45 mm × 56 mm. The module also features a blue 450-nm laser, the ability to carry 2D and 3D measurements in parallel, and sensors insensitive to ambient light up to 100,000 lux.
