HORIBA Businesses Invest in R&D Site, Acquire MedTest Holdings

HORIBA FRANCE SAS, a developer of Raman spectroscopy systems and technology, inaugurated a new site in Loos, France. The facility replaces the company’s former location in Villeneuve d’Ascq. In a press release, HORIBA said the production and R&D site will enable the company to meet the increasing demand for Raman spectroscopy. The new building will increase manufacturing capacity by 30%, HORIBA said, and will be a technological showcase for all of HORIBA’s present and future customers.
