NICE, France — The European Photonics Industry Consortium (EPIC) added Björn Dymke, managing director of TRUMPF Laser, to its board of directors. Lopez serves as associate professor in the department of pathology at the New York University Grossman School of Medicine, Ferbas is the director of cytometry sciences at Amgen, Inc., and Moore is a professor of pathology and laboratory medicine at the hospital of the University of Pennsylvania and the Perelman School of Medicine. Loi joined the editorial board of APL as an associate editor in 2014 before being promoted to deputy editor in 2019. She is a professor of applied physics and chair of the Photophysics and Optoelectronics Group at the University of Groningen, as well as a member of the university's Zernike Institute for Advanced Materials.
