Flir Q1 Profit Up Slightly

PORTLAND, Ore., April 29, 2010 — Flir Systems reported net income of $55.9 million for the first quarter of 2010, up only slightly over the $54.3 million it reported in the first quarter of 2009. Earnings for both quarters amounted to 35 cents a share. The thermal imaging and stablized camera systems maker reported revenue for the quarter, which ended March 31, 2010, of $287 million, up six percent year-over-year.
