Edmund Optics Acquires Quality Thin Films

BARRINGTON, N.J., Nov. 10, 2020 — Edmund Optics announced its acquisition of coatings specialist Quality Thin Films Inc. Quality Thin Films is located outside Tampa, Fla. As part of the acquisition, Karl George Sr., president and CEO of Quality Thin Films, will retire. Karl George Jr. will continue to oversee the company's primary facility and its 30 employees.Read full article
