Berghof Group Acquires OptoPolymer

ENINGEN, Germany, July 23, 2020 — Berghof Fluoroplastic Technology, a subsidiary of the Berghof Group, has announced it has taken over the business activities of OptoPolymer. The acquisition, formalized July 1, will allow Berghof Fluoroplastics to expand its portfolio to include optical coatings with barium sulfate. Since its founding in 2003, OptoPolymer has developed diffuse reflecting material, with optical applications for numerous industrial operation areas.
