In Colorado, FirstPass Engineering of Castle Rock, a custom application-specific integrated circuit design company, has been selected by Cray Inc. of Denver to provide the logic design and verification services necessary for Cray’s supercomputing platform. FirstPass will develop ultracomplex integrated circuits to support the performance, power and time-to-market goals for the platform.
