Andor Technology Ltd. of Belfast, Northern Ireland, has moved into a 50,000-sq-ft facility, enabling it to implement processes that reduce total manufacturing time and that increase profit, efficiency and productivity. The company's CCD camera systems are used worldwide for academic, industrial and government research.Andor also was admitted to the London Stock Exchange's AIM market in December, during the same week that the $11.3 million facility was officially opened in Belfast.Both developments were designed to strengthen the company's position in the international spectroscopy and scientific imaging markets.
