Ametek Forms New Division

Ametek Inc. of Paoli, Pa., has formed a new division, Ultra Precision Technologies, that combines its existing Taylor Hobson division with two recently acquired businesses, Solartron Metrology and Precitech. The company says that the new division will allow it to leverage manufacturing operations and technological and distribution capabilities.Read full article
