Radiant Vision Systems Merges With Konica Minolta Sensing

REDMOND, Wash., Dec. 12, 2025 — Radiant Vision Systems, a provider of imaging systems for the evaluation of light sources and displays, will merge with its sister company, Konica Minolta Sensing Americas, to form a combined company. The integration will take place on April 1, with the newly formed company to be called Konica Minolta Sensing Americas (KMSA). The company will be headquartered in Redmond, Wash., with its other primary office in Ramsey, N.J. KMSA will have additional offices in mainland China and Taiwan.

The combined business will offer a portfolio of solutions bringing together sensing products from Konica Minolta Group-operated companies Instrument Systems, Specim, and Eines, as well as Konica Minolta and Radiant. The portfolio will include measurement solutions for color and appearance, light and display, surface inspection, hyperspectral imaging, gas monitoring, and paint quality.

Separately, Radiant Korea, Instrument Systems, and Konica Minolta Sensing Korea locations will merge to form a new Konica Minolta Sensing Korea. This newly established company will continue to sell Radiant imaging photometers and colorimeters.
