UC Santa Barbara’s Lubin Describes Interstellar Laser Travel
WASHINGTON, Feb. 7, 2019 — Experimental cosmologist Philip Lubin recently presented interstellar space travel scenarios at the Optical Society’s Laser Congress in Boston, informed by his direction of the NASA Starlight and Breakthrough Starshot programs.
