The SFP+ XGSPON OLT transceiver from Integra Optics is an optical transceiver module designed to cater to XG/XGS-PON 10/2.5 G applications such as broadband access and fiber-to-the-home networks. Operating over a single strand of fiber with support for links up to 20 km at 10/2.5 Gbps data rates, the XGSPON OLT optical module is able to bypass external WDM equipment in the network architecture, while offering an upgrade path from GPON to XGS-PON without necessitating changes to the underlying infrastructure. The SFP+ XGSPON OLT is compliant with SFP+ MSA and XG/XGS-PON standards and has an industrial operating temperature range from -40 °C to +85 °C.
