MAINZ, Germany, June 26, 2009 – Dilas Diodenlaser GmbH has announced its new compact quasi-continuous-wave high-power vertical diode laser stacked arrays that are available in wavelengths ranging from 808 to 9xx nm, with power ranges up to 300 W per bar and optional fast-axis collimation.
The completely AuSn-soldered vertical stacks are designed for high-temperature applications that require power in the kilowatt range, such as defense and diode-pumped solid-state lasers. They are housed in an easy to integrate package.
The conduction-cooled vertical stacks are available in 1-, 7- and 8-bar configurations with up to 4% duty cycle at 200 W per bar. Under the toughest environments, the advanced packaging and high-precision optic mounting give the user full control and enable fast-axis stack divergence as low as 6 mrad.
Custom solutions are available upon request, and the standard models can be customized to fit specific requirements for interfaces, beam propagation and mechanical dimensions.
